The Pleasure Horse Society Ltd (‘PHS’) is a membership society formed in 2003.  It aims  to promote ownership of ‘leisure and pleasure’ horses and ponies as well as offering occasional ‘advice and comment’.

NOTE: Please refer to the ‘PASSPORTS – IMPORTANT’ section below.  All PHS horse passport matters are administered by the Horse Passport Agency Ltd (‘HPA’) and not by PHS itself. That section links to the very useful HPA  website and provides contact details.

For the avoidance of doubt, PHS no longer issues equine passports and does not deal with their administration.  Please refer to HPA on all passport matters

The Pleasure Horse Society Ltd.

Following our move from our previous offices in High Wycombe, PHS is now located at 34, Castle Rise, Castle Cary, Somerset BA7 7ND.  This address is also its official  registered office.

Contact:  Mike O’Neill is the current sole director.

Office hours:  10:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

Tel: 07770 813154 – where messages can, of course also be left .  We only ask that when leaving return call numbers, please ensure that these are left clearly and are probably best repeated.  This is aimed at avoiding problems when returning your call.

Passports – Important

All matters relating to PHS equine passports (Numbers beginning 826067PHS) are now dealt with solely by the Horse Passport Agency Ltd (‘HPA’). This includes such matters as the issue of new passports, replacements or duplicates of lost or damaged originals and microchip registrations.
